What is the Concierge Program?

The Concierge Program is an application-only program where the Supplier HQ team will sign up suppliers on your behalf.

Who is it for and who gets accepted?

The program is for anyone who we believe has high potential to succeed in high ticket e-commerce.

However, there is a list of criteria that makes us believe you have a higher chance of both being successful and being able to take advantage of the program:

  • Having a Shopify store

  • Knowing which category / product types you are looking at selling

  • Knowing which suppliers you want on your store

  • Experience with online advertising and SEO

  • Previous evidence of business or personal achievement

How much does the Concierge Program cost?

The Supplier HQ team charges 3% of revenue you generate from suppliers that we've signed up on your behalf.

The reason why we priced it like this is to align our incentives:

  • We only want to make money if you make money

  • We only want to sign up suppliers we're confident you'll make substantial sales with

  • We want you to make enough margin on each sale that 3% feels like a no-brainer

How does the supplier outreach work?

The Supplier HQ team is constantly reaching out to suppliers, attending tradeshows and developing supplier relationships through our own stores.

Through this work, we are developing a network of suppliers who are opting into the Concierge Program as it helps them connect with high potential store owners.

Once accepted, we will discuss your ideal supplier list and category and create an outreach plan for you.
