If you would like to cancel your Supplier HQ Account, please take the following steps:
Option 1: Cancel your subscription from the Billing Panel in your account
Login and go to Your Settings, click 'Subscription':
2. Click Cancel my Subscription
Option 2: Email us at [email protected]
Please let us know you would like to cancel your account and include the email address with which you signed up.
Please use [email protected] exactly to make sure it gets to us.
Option 3: Use our chat feature inside Supplier HQ
Use the blue icon in the bottom right hand part of the screen to start a chat with our support team.
